Delivery is GUARANTEED!

Generally, most of our products are in stock. Your order will be ship within the next 24~48 hours after your payment has been completed.

Items are shipped directly from our offices in Montana Park to the customer. 

All items are shipped with a tracking number & insurance for the security of our customers. 

Option available is via registered airmail and will be delivered to your door via Aramex. 

Delivery will be around 3 to 5 business days ** please note there can be delays which are out of our control.  

Please make sure to leave the correct shipping address and available phone number for your order this is very important for delivery. 

If the delivery failed because of your wrong address or wrong phone number, all the cost incurred is undertook by you.

Please note that if you order more than 10 item, we cannot guarantee that they will be shipped together. 

Our items and stock are sourced from various warehouses and manufacters so cannot always be combined into one parcel.

Delivery is GUARANTEED, if the item is not delivered within 5 business days from date of dispatch, the item will be considered lost in transit and the buyer will be refunded in full. We do dispatch goods  the same day or the next working day from when the order was placed.

Please note shipping times may be extended during holidays & busy periods.
