Welcome to Trivine Permanent Makeup and Skin Technology Training! We are excited to have you join our comprehensive course on Permanent Classic Eyebrows. Below is a detailed overview of what you can expect from this training:

Course Description: The Permanent Classic Eyebrows course is designed to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to confidently apply perfectly natural-looking Microshaded eyebrows. While Microblading will be discussed during the course, it will not be performed, as it is considered an advanced technique.

Duration and Training: The training program spans 1-2 days of hands-on practical training, totaling 20 hours. During this period, you will receive expert guidance and support to become fully skilled in the application of permanent eyebrows. Our aim is to help you build confidence in both practical and theoretical aspects. Online theory classes will supplement the hands-on training.

Course Content:

1. Introduction to Permanent Makeup: An overview of the world of permanent makeup and its applications.
2. Legal Documentations and Insurance: Understanding the legal aspects and insurance requirements in the industry.
3. Skin Anatomy and Physiology: In-depth discussion on skin undertones, types, and the anatomy of the face and eyebrow area.
4. Eyebrow Anatomy: Understanding the physiological functioning of the eyebrow.
5. Pigments: Different types of pigments, colour selection, and methods of colour lift and eyebrows removals.
6. Workstation Setup and Hygiene: Detailed instructions on setting up a safe and hygienic workstation, including bloodborne pathogen treatment protocols.
7. Client Preparation: Preparing clients for the permanent makeup procedure.
8. Safe Methodological Practices: Ensuring safe practices during each procedure, including the use of local anesthetics.
9. Inside Needle Knowledge: Understanding needle selection, configurations, diameter, and tapering.
10. Eyebrows Design and Application: Practicing different designs and shapes of permanent eyebrowss, along with eyebrows templates.
11. Contraindications: Recognizing relative and absolute contraindications.
12. Case Studies and Histories: Learning from practical reports and case studies.
13. Hands-on Procedures: Applying techniques on live models.
14. Pre-care and Aftercare: Understanding protocols to be discussed with clients before and after the procedure.
15. Re-touches: Learning about touch-up procedures and colour refinement.
16. Marketing Tools and Tips: Insights into marketing strategies for the permanent makeup industry.
17. Photography and Video Recording: Tips for capturing quality images and videos for documentation.
18. Ongoing Support: Access to continuous support from the permanent makeup trainer.

Course Inclusions:

1. Eyebrows Permanent Makeup Kit: A kit for training purposes (please note that this is not included in the course fee).
2. Practice Pads: Eyebrow-specific practice skin for skill development.
3. Live Model Practice: Working on synthetic skin during the 1st day and 2nd day of the training working on Live models. Students are required to arrange 2 models for the 2nd day, and models must be charged a minimal fee (R350) to secure their appointment.
4. Colour Theory: Understanding colour theory for cosmetic and tattoo artists.
5. Refreshments: Tea, coffee, water, and snacks during breaks.
6. Lunch: A light lunch with refreshments will be provided on Day 1 Practicals day. Please inform us of any special dietary requirements.

Requirements:

1. Stationery: Bring your own notebook and pens.
2. Uniform: It is compulsory to wear your uniform during the training (preferably provided by 4gvn).
3. Payment: The balance of the training fee (50%) needs to be paid in full via Payfast/Inkfin/card payment or EFTs at least one week before the practical training date. Cash payments are not accepted.
