All orders on a proforma basis (i.e. all payment in advance). All Orders must be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Any claims for breakages, damaged goods or shortages must be made verbally within ten days of receipt. All evidence for claim must be kept for inspection, the customer assuming responsibility on receipt of goods. Items will not be accepted for return unless previously agreed.(Refer to our Return Policy)

Prices on goods may fluctuate due to market forces and we reserve the right to alter them periodically.

Return policy:

1.Returns will only be accepted 10 days after the buyer receives it

2.If you are not satisfied with this item after receiving within 10 days, you can send it back to us.

The Purchaser pay the postage to return the item. Be sure that the item is in its original condition and receipts are als requested.

3.We will only refund the purcgaser 100% payment/exchange the related items, if proof of payment are proved with items returned

4.If Packages are retured to 4gvnsuppliers than the buyer should contact 4gvn for return address before the parcel is being courierd

Its the responsibility of the buyer to provide us with the shipping details and the estimated time of arrival.

4gvnSuppliers are not responsible for the returned parcel loss.

5. Please note: if the items that were returned show signs of damage, we need 10%-50% depreciation charge, depending on the amount of damage.

No refunds will be given on items that have been used; you can only exchange the item at that point.
